In 2021, the PCD assisted Madison County in receiving $225,000 from the NYS Main Street Grant Program to rehabilitate underutilized properties in downtown Earlville. The funding was awarded to four owners of commercial and mixed-use properties. The Madison County Department of Planning worked with the awardees to complete their projects.
